Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TGDP platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Platform Services

TGDP provides gold tokenization services including but not limited to: T-Gold minting and trading, GIC licensing, jewelry return (T-JR), and jewelry design marketplace (T-JDB).

3. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and complete KYC verification to participate in the ecosystem.

4. Gold Valuation

All gold valuations are based on LBMA (London Bullion Market Association) benchmark rates at the time of transaction.

5. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be referred to the TGDP Ombudsman for binding arbitration in accordance with the Complaint Protocol.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai courts.
